FAQS
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
We are based in Hampshire. We will usually travel within a 2 hour radius and any thing over we will need to charge 45p per mile. If your wedding is further afield please do get in contact with us.
DO WE MEET YOU BEFORE OUR WEDDING?
We prefer to arrange all meetings via Microsoft Teams as it is easier to fit in around everyone's busy schedules. However, if you are local to us we are also happy to meet up in person. We would arrange a consultation prior booking your wedding where we would discuss your wedding plans. Second meeting would take place two weeks before the big day.
WHAT MUSIC DO WE USE?
Due to copyright laws, we are only allowed to use royalty free music for your wedding video which is chosen by us. We have a large catalogue of songs that we are able to use due to a subscription that we have and it's fantastic! A big part of the post production is making sure that the music complements the footage with the right pacing, emotion and length of song. We are very particular when it comes to choosing songs and all of our couples have been really happy with our selections.
DO YOU USE AUDIO IN YOUR FILMS?
Prior to your wedding we would ask if you would like the option to have an audio over your wedding film. We like to include audio from your ceremony and speeches, this helps with making your video feel even more personal and emotional.
DO YOU PROVIDE RAW FOOTAGE?
Unfortunately we don't provide raw footage, only edited material as we believe that the magic is in the final product that we spend a lot of time putting together for you.
WHE WILL WE RECEIVE OUR VIDEO?
We generally take 6-8 weeks to edit your film, but it may take slightly longer in the height of wedding season, but we will always let you know.
